Cancellation Policy

At Mrs. Ray's Music Lessons, I prioritize a seamless scheduling process and uphold the structure of my lessons to provide you with the best musical education experience. To ensure efficient time management and meet your needs, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

You have the flexibility to reschedule your lesson if the cancellation notice is received within the specified 24-hour timeframe. It's essential to be aware that rescheduling is limited to two occurrences within a four-month period, with the exception of medical emergencies.

When rescheduling, aim to secure a new lesson time within the next week and a half of your original appointment. Following the utilization of the two rescheduling opportunities, I won't be able to offer additional free reschedules for that four-month period. While I understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, I am committed to working with you within reasonable bounds.

It's crucial to recognize that dedicated time is allocated in my schedule for your lesson, and unfortunately, no refunds will be offered for canceled lessons. Your understanding and cooperation with this policy are sincerely appreciated, allowing me to deliver a superior music education experience.

Furthermore, rest assured that your rescheduled appointment will not impact your following regular lesson day. Regardless of when you reschedule your canceled lesson, your regular lesson day will remain the same.
